Award-Winning Vocal Ensemble The Capital Hearings to Perform Benefit Concert for Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys

WASHINGTON, DC — [May 7, 2025] — The Capital Hearings, one of Washington’s premier vocal ensembles, will present a benefit concert on Saturday, May 17 at 4:00 PM at All Souls Episcopal Church, located at 2300 Cathedral Avenue NW. The performance is hosted by the church’s Outreach Committee and supports the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys, a tuition-free Episcopal school serving Black and Brown boys from traditionally underserved communities in Southeast DC.
Known for their genre-blending performances that move effortlessly between classical, jazz, and pop, The Capital Hearings have garnered critical acclaim and a devoted following across the D.C. region and beyond. This concert will showcase the group’s signature versatility and engaging style in a family-friendly setting.
Tickets are a free will offering, with a suggested donation of $20, and all proceeds will directly benefit the Bishop Walker School, whose mission is to nurture the spiritual, academic, social, and physical development of young boys, empowering them to become the next generation of leaders.
