On the album creation, The Capital Hearings Member, Regina Burgher, said “’All Rise’ tells a story of everything we have felt over the past few years, including during the pandemic lockdowns. The first track, “And the Phoenix,” is the song we wrote collectively during that time. All of the songs on the album explore different emotions and ideas that have been part of the journey and we are so proud to share this album with you.
